This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Lead Bridge Circle (“we”, “us”) processes refund requests for paid services on leadbridgecircle.com.

1. Email Unlock Fee (₹29)

When you pay ₹29 to unlock an email contact:

• The service is considered fulfilled upon delivery of the email address to you
• No refunds are issued once the email address has been revealed
• If the email address is invalid or bounces, contact us within 7 days for a full refund
• If payment was processed but email was not delivered due to a technical error, you are entitled to a full refund

2. Premium Listing — Dofollow Backlink (₹299/year)

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if your listing has not yet been approved
• Once your listing is approved and the dofollow link is active, no refund is applicable
• If we are unable to approve your listing for any reason, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days
• Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day window

3. Featured Listing (₹199/month)

• Monthly featured listing fees are non-refundable once the listing has been featured
• If your featured listing was not activated within 48 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund
• You may cancel your featured listing at any time — no further charges will apply

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within the applicable window:

• Include: Your name, email, order ID, and reason for refund

We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Payment Gateway

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay or Cashfree. Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank (typically 5-7 business days).

6. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a charge, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly.
