By creating a listing, unlocking a contact, or browsing our directory, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Lead Bridge Circle is a free online directory that connects businesses, freelancers, service providers, trainers, and job seekers across India. We facilitate connections between parties but are not responsible for any transactions, agreements, or outcomes between users.

3. Listing Rules

When submitting a listing, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate, current, and truthful
• You have the right to list the business or service
• Your listing does not violate any applicable laws
• Your listing does not contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Your listing does not promote illegal activities
• You will not submit duplicate listings
• You will keep your listing information up to date

4. Email Unlock Service

Our email unlock service allows users to pay ₹29 to reveal a lister’s email address. By using this service:

• You agree to use the revealed email only for legitimate business enquiries
• You will not use revealed emails for spam or unsolicited marketing
• The ₹29 fee is charged for the service of revealing the email, not for guaranteeing a response
• Lead Bridge Circle is not responsible for any communication or transactions between parties

5. Premium Listings & Dofollow Backlinks

Premium listing fees (₹299/year) include a dofollow backlink and verified badge. We reserve the right to:

• Review and approve all premium listings before activation
• Remove listings that violate our guidelines without refund
• Modify the dofollow link if it violates Google Webmaster Guidelines

6. Prohibited Content

You may not submit listings or content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Infringes any intellectual property rights
• Contains viruses or malicious code
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Promotes gambling, adult content, or substances
• Contains false reviews or testimonials

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Lead Bridge Circle, including logos, design, and original text, is the property of Lead Bridge Circle. User-submitted listing content remains the property of the submitter. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it on our platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lead Bridge Circle is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by listed businesses or freelancers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Bridge Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any listing or account that violates these Terms, without prior notice or refund.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
